Shipping Locations:
All parcels are shipping from China.

Processing and Dispatch:
All orders are processed within 3 business days pending payment verification.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping for orders of $35 USD or more.       

Flat shipping cost $5 for order under $35.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery times for international orders vary according to your location, usually about 7-15 working days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Address Accuracy:
Ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

On the rare occasion of a delay or if something has unexpectedly sold out, we will inform you right away and you can choose to get a refund or select an alternative product.
