Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please cancel it or contact us within 24 hours before it is shipped. Please note that if your order has already been shipped or delivered, you may need to follow a different return policy. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue . 

 

Exchanges/Return:

We are currently not accepting any return. Please carefully review your selections when placing orders. 

If you want to exchange items, please contact us before shipping. After shipping, we don't accept any exchanges.

We do not offer free return unless the product was damaged or incorrect items have been sent.
